Ruby Tuesday in Eden, NC is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant to assist Heart of House with preparing ingredients for recipes; and sets-up, maintains, and breaks-down the Garden Bar and dish machine area following Ruby Tuesday procedures and safety and sanitation requirements.

The role demands physical stamina, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and a willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required.
• Wash and clean fruit and vegetables for peeling, dicing, shredding, or slicing according to recipes.
• Measure and assemble ingredients and cooked items per recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain walk-in, prep, and dry storage areas.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of Garden Bar items.
• Stock and restock Garden Bar to keep guests fully served.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary restrooms and floors.
• Assist in setup, cleanup, and organization before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow HOH Cleaning Program and AM Utility Programs.
