The ideal candidate will adhere to safety and sanitation requirements while supporting the Heart of House operations. Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma preferred. This position offers a dynamic work environment with physical demands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain the Garden Bar and dish machine area.
• Clean food preparation areas and utensils according to safety standards.
• Stock and restock items on the Garden Bar.

Connaissances

Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs

Stand 100% of the shift

Works in damp, hot environments

Ability to use kitchen machinery

Flexible shift availability

Formation
