Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing ingredients for recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and production areas.
• Ensure the highest quality preparation of food items served on the Garden Bar.
• Stock/restock items on the Garden Bar.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs

Ability to stand 100% of the shift

Ability to work in damp, hot environments

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Education

High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
