Job summary

LAZ Parking in Denver is hiring a part-time Garage Porter / Cleaner for a 10am-2pm shift Monday through Friday. You will keep the garage clean, tidy, and safe, greet drivers, answer basic questions, and assist as needed to maintain a world-class facility.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• General facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Parking industry experience is a major plus - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep it pristine: Sweep, wipe down surfaces and equipment, empty trash, manage upkeep, and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.
• Be the eyes and ears: Monitor the parking facility continuously and notify management immediately of any maintenance or safety issues.
• Deliver exceptional service: Greet drivers, handle basic inquiries, and assist anyone who needs a hand with a can-do attitude.
• Keep it safe: Identify and neutralize potential safety hazards instantly, making sure the location is secure for everyone on foot and behind the wheel.

Position: Garage Porter / Cleaner

Schedule:

Part-time, M-F, 10am-2pm

Compensation:

$23.00/hour

What Will I Do?

• Keep it pristine. Sweep, wipe down surfaces and equipment, empty trash, manage upkeep, and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
