Precision Door Service is seeking a Garage Door Technician to serve as the face of the company, blending consultative sales, customer service, and technical know-how to deliver exceptional experiences for homeowners.

This role focuses on building trust with customers, identifying their needs, presenting repair and replacement options, and recommending solutions that provide the best value and long-term results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consultative selling, preferably in home services or garage doors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to assess needs, present tailored recommendations, and close sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate repair needs, recommendations, and solutions.
• Present options and recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, warranties, and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Review work orders and collect payment at job completion.
