Job summary

LAZ Parking at Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA, seeks a Garage Ambassador to ensure the garage runs smoothly through excellent customer service and proactive communication. The role includes daily maintenance, janitorial tasks, and a visible security presence to protect patrons and property.

You will greet customers, assist in the garage, resolve issues via intercom and staff, and maintain a clean, safe environment while upholding LAZ Parking standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer relations is helpful.
• Security background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve issues with a caring attitude.
• Provide assistance to customers in the garage.
• Assist via intercom, lobbies, lanes, and parking office.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Maintain the garage daily and present yourself professionally in uniform.
• Provide security presence by monitoring cameras and roaming the site.
• Handle basic maintenance like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Assist with winter upkeep and snow removal as needed.
• Operate equipment like pressure washers or floor cleaners as required.
