Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment across casino sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot incidents, and document activities with accuracy while providing top-tier service to clients.

Responsibilities include completing reports, managing inventory, and participating in a weekly on-call rotation. The role requires some travel, physical activity, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Ability to install, upgrade and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to casinos and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade and maintain gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot incidents quickly and elevate when needed.
• Keep track of parts and inventory for service needs.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and follow safety protocols.
