Job summary

GameStop is hiring at our Orlando, FL location for a store team member. You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, and process purchases and returns using the POS system. You’ll promote loyalty programs and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

A high school diploma and 1 year of retail experience are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus. The role requires flexibility, the ability to stand up to 10 hours, and performing tasks in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, assist with gaming needs, inform about promotions and trade-ins, and thank guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support store environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process purchases and returns accurately using the POS system.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone, ensuring top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
