Job summary

GameStop is seeking a front-line team member to deliver best-in-class guest service, assist customers with gaming products, and promote store programs. You will handle purchases, returns, and inquiries while upholding store standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

You will work in a fast-paced store, keeping attention to detail, maintaining appearance and inventory, and supporting management goals including sales, shrink, and operations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to stand and move through the store up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with video gaming needs, promote promotions and trade-in program, and drive sales.
• Support store environment and guest relationships to foster repeat business.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via POS system and maintain top guest service.
