GameStop in Florida is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist the store management team and lead guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure a welcoming shopping experience and support daily store operations.

You will handle POS transactions, stock movement, and in-store promotions, while promoting loyalty programs and safeguarding company assets. This role requires flexibility and strong teamwork.

Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, inform about promotions and the trade-in program, and reward loyalty.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Promote GameStop's guest benefits, such as title reservations and Pro Rewards.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices, including handling deposits.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily POS totals; ensure closeout paperwork is accurate.
• Assist management to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals; perform admin tasks as needed.
