Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to support daily store operations and lead a team of Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders. You will drive guest satisfaction, teamwork, and product knowledge across gaming, electronics, and merchandise.

You will assist in scheduling, training, and ensuring POS accuracy, while upholding company standards for security and loss prevention. A strong focus on sales, customer service, and loyalty programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote sales while supervising store staff.
• Lead and train Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure store operations adhere to company policies, loss prevention, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to questions quickly and courteously.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and handle returns.
