Job summary

GameStop is looking for a Retail Keyholder in the United States to support the store management team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them through purchases while highlighting promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include processing transactions via POS, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting daily operations to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly, addressing questions and concerns.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits and promotions, including loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure products are merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist store management to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals and perform required duties.
