Job summary

GameStop is seeking a capable Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, assist with product needs, process sales, and help maintain clean, organized merchandising across the store.

Responsibilities include handling transactions at the POS, supporting returns, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting with store operations to meet sales goals while upholding loss prevention practices. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Assist guests with video gaming needs and explain promotions and trade-in program.
• Process purchases/returns via POS and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising per company standards.
• Support omni-channel orders and loss prevention practices.
• Assist store management in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals.
