Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, promoting the trade-in program, and maintaining store standards while contributing to sales and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with video game needs.
• Promote promotions and the trade-in program to guests.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and merchandise according to guidelines.
• Support store management to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily transactions and prepare banking deposits.
