Qualifications

• Video game knowledge preferred. Bilingual skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest service, promoting a sales culture and loyalty program.
• Supervise and schedule store staff, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and bank deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are fulfilled and store targets for sales and shrink are met.
