Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Support visual and operational elements and guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns using POS system.
• Promote GameStop benefits like reservations, trade-ins, and Pro Rewards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training before opening or closing shifts.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives.
• Schedule staff to meet guest service goals and ensure breaks.
• Approve payroll and manage paid time off.
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper merchandising.
• Oversee Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and daily shipping.
• Conduct inventory counts and move stock to floor.
• Protect assets with loss prevention and safety practices.
