Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs.
• Promote store initiatives and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high‑performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, job training and compliance training before opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule store associates and supervise staffing levels to ensure top guest service.
