Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage staff according to store size.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Schedule staff and ensure breaks, payroll, and attendance are tracked.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and bank deposits daily.
