GameStop is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee checkout flows, promotions, and store presentation while coaching associates to meet performance standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and adherence to company policies. You will ensure smooth Omni-Channel order fulfillment, manage scheduling, training, and onboarding, and uphold loss

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.

• Train and supervise Sales Associates in guest service and policies.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and organized inventory.
