Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling POS transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring a clean, organized store. Flexibility for a varied schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months retail management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Process purchases and returns using the POS system accurately.
• Promote loyalty programs and current promotions to guests.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization and merchandising per guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll approvals and time-off management.
• Maintain loss prevention practices and secure store assets.
• Support Omni-Channel order fulfillment and daily shipping.
