GameStop in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. You will drive sales by sharing product knowledge, maintaining a clean, organized store, and growing guest loyalty.

You will supervise Sales Associates in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure onboarding and training are completed for all staff. The role requires strong guest service, team leadership, and familiarity with POS systems.

Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support store environment, sales initiatives, and guest relationships.
• Process purchases/returns using the POS system accurately.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone and escalate when needed.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Supervise Sales Associates in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure scheduling, onboarding, and training are completed timely.
