Job summary

GameStop in Indiana is looking for a Retail Keyholder to support the store management team and deliver best-in-class guest service. This role helps ensure products are accessible, trains associates, and drives sales within the Circle of Life framework.

Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, processing transactions at the POS, promoting trade-in and Pro Rewards programs, and keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and assist with gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales.
• Process guest purchases and returns via POS accurately.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone promptly and professionally.
• Promote GameStop’s loyalty and reservations programs.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Safeguard assets via inventory control and loss prevention practices.
