Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a location supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the Casper, WY site. You will manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and ensure operations meet company standards and guest expectations.

You will address customer, employee, and equipment concerns promptly while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding staff, monitoring labor costs, and ensuring accurate handling of money and deposits.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and leading staff.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to count money accurately and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, oversee staff, measure performance, conduct investigations, discipline, terminate employment, and schedule department staff.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Lead promotions and project execution.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Troubleshoot wagering terminals and customer service issues.
• Communicate terminal operations, Club benefits, and site amenities to guests and staff.
• Address customer and employee concerns calmly and fairly.
• Perform assistant manager duties in absence of supervisor.
