Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, KY, is seeking a Gaming Operations Manager to oversee daily Gaming Operations and ensure top-tier customer service across front-of-house teams.

You will lead recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee payouts and security, and partner with directors to drive profitable, compliant gaming experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience within the gaming industry.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two years of experience managing personnel.
• Ability to obtain KHRC License.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coach team members; participate in interviews and hires.
• Support recruitment with job postings and metrics.
• Complete and process performance reviews.
• Review department financial data.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Schedule staff for forecasted bar volumes.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and events.
• Develop and maintain customer loyalty.
• Safeguard gaming assets.
• Monitor gaming activities for policy and regulatory adherence.
• Meet with department leaders as needed.
• Ensure guest service standards are met.
• Approve payouts and fills for machines.
• Monitor for suspicious transactions per BSA.
• Other duties as assigned.
