Qualifications

• 7-10 years of gaming management experience in a multi-device 24-hour operation.
• 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Significant experience collecting, organizing, evaluating and presenting Gaming Performance Data.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the budget for the department.
• Oversees hiring, training, performance management, and corrective actions for the Gaming Operations Department.
• Reviews and manages the department’s financial results.
• Ensures safety and security of team members and guests, and reduces lost time injuries.
