Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, Kentucky, and its Newport Gaming & Gaming division, require a Director of Gaming Operations to lead operations with focus on compliance, service and profitability.

The role oversees budgets, staffing, and performance, ensuring safety, security and adherence to gaming regulations while driving optimal gaming mix and guest satisfaction across 24-hour operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of gaming management experience in a multi-device 24-hour operation.
• 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Significant experience and expertise collecting, organizing, evaluating and presenting Gaming Performance Data.

Responsabilités

• Develops and manages the budget for the department.
• Oversees hiring, training, performance management and corrective action processes for the Gaming Operations Department.
• Reviews and manages the department’s financial results.
• Ensures the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Reviews staffing levels to maintain appropriate employment.
