Job summary

Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA seeks a Gaming Operations Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Slot, Table Games and Facilities Housekeeping operations.

The role emphasizes efficient, compliant gaming operations, staff development, and cost controls while delivering an outstanding guest and employee experience, partnering with property leadership to drive performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of gaming management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of casino gaming operations, internal controls, Title 31 and state regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to obtain and maintain Iowa racing and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for Slot, Table Games, and Facilities Housekeeping.
• Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and cost control.
• Communicate expectations and provide training and resources to staff.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with leadership input when needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, recordkeeping, and internal controls for gaming operations.
