Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Linwood, NJ is hiring full-time Member Service Agents to deliver exceptional support to players across chat, email, and phone. You will handle inquiries about accounts, payments, bonuses, and platform navigation while maintaining confidentiality and meeting service levels.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask across systems. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the proper state gaming commission license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve player inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, promotions, and platform navigation.
• Must take/make inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain policies, terms, and procedures clearly and professionally while maintaining empathy.
• Verify account details, support KYC documentation, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
• Identify and escalate in accordance with policy.
• Accurately document all interactions while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Meet service level and quality standards, communicate recurring issues to supervisors, and support peak volume periods.
