Job summary

Delaware North at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack is seeking a part-time Player Services Representative in Farmington, NY. You will enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage data entry, and uphold strict confidentiality of guest records and rewards activities.

Responsibilities include delivering exemplary guest service, explaining rewards and promotions, assisting with promotions, and resolving concerns while maintaining goodwill and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Enroll guests in the player tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and explain games, contests, and Player's Club benefits.
• Assist with on-site promotions and giveaways to boost guest engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while preserving goodwill.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring apart-time Player Services Representative to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Player Services Representative, you willbe responsible forassistingwith all player rewards transactions.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday night, 4pm-12am

Pay

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manageaccuratedata entry, andmaintainconfidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player's Club benefits, andassistingwith promotions and giveaways.
• Support marketing initiativesby helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns effectively,demonstratingstrong listening skills and the ability to defusedifficult situationswhile preserving goodwill.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions
