Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in high-volume kitchens and knowledge of food safety are essential, with ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Perform food preparation tasks including slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, and plating.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
