Job summary

AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot gaming equipment across our casino network. You’ll travel to different venues, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal operation while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid license, and basic electronics/networking knowledge. The role includes on‑call rotation, safety adherence, and opportunities to grow with training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Problem solver with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Gaming experience is a bonus.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
• Keep track of parts and inventory to stay stocked for service calls.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain composure in high-energy environments.
