Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment at casino locations. You’ll troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and keep detailed reports.

Travel to different casinos and participate in weekly on-call rotations. A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and basic electronics/networking knowledge are required; gaming experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Gaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Fix service incidents promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in varied environments.
