This entry-level role includes a robust training program over 6 months, with daily travel in the assigned territory and potential 30% regional/national travel. You will work with a customer-focused team and adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain gaming license per location.
• Clean driving record and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts processes.
• Report service activities using field service tools.
