Job summary

Light & Wonder, a leader in global gaming technology, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utility products at casino sites.

You will travel to customer sites, manage parts with Service Max and Zinc, and uphold safety protocols while delivering responsive support and accurate documentation.

Requires 1–3 years electronic device troubleshooting, valid driver’s license, and HS diploma; gaming industry background a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in assembly, testing, or troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid gaming card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities.
• Maintain and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand L&W gaming products and operation.
• Use Service Max and Zinc to manage tickets and parts.
