Job summary

The candidate will safely handle EGM, PTG, ETG, and utility products, use Service Max and Zinc for ticketing, and follow safety protocols including PPE. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of one to three years of experience in assembly, testing, or troubleshooting of electronic devices.
Must have valid driver’s license
Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one)
High School Diploma/GED; Technical/military training is a plus

Responsibilities

Move, load, unload, and transport all L&W products to customer sites.
Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
Keep and track part inventory.
Learn and understand L&W/gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Use Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
