Job summary

Light & Wonder in the Cherokee/Franklin NC area seeks a Field Service technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot electronic gaming devices at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, and complete incident reports, while following safety procedures and company standards.

Requires a high school diploma, electronics basics, and a valid driver's license. Travel to additional facilities may be required; a gaming license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics training helpful.
• One year experience with electronic gaming devices, or six months plus certificate.
• Basic troubleshooting to assembly level.
• Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming devices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM/ETG and related equipment.
• Verify proper operation via diagnostics, software settings, and tests.
• Document incidents and maintain clear maintenance logs.
• Assemble and prepare installation accessories per change orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards.
• Travel to customer sites and support field installations.
