Qualifications

Willingness to travel up to 75% across multiple states; flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update gaming products at casino locations.
Ensure EGMs are functioning through diagnostics and software configurations; repair as needed.
Swiftly document incident reports and maintain maintenance records with clarity and accuracy.
Update and manage daily/weekly technical logs to reflect current status.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
