Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a remote-based technical support specialist to diagnose and resolve PC and electronic hardware/software issues. You will log calls in Salesforce, provide remote and on-site support with substantial travel, and escalate complex cases as needed.

You will train distributors and end users on proper operation of Arrow equipment. The role requires an Associate degree in computer tech or equivalent experience, 3+ years in electronics/PC tech, and strong knowledge of SQL,

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Technologies or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in electronic and PC technologies.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve PC/electronic hardware and software issues to defined performance standards.
Record service calls and details in Salesforce.
Provide remote and on-site support with frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
Escalate tier 2/3 cases promptly and assist management as needed.
Configure Arrow equipment and deliver end-user and distributor trainings.
Coordinate parts, RMAs, and technical guidance with distributors.
Work from a home office with reliable internet; handle other duties as assigned.
