Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Freehold, NJ is hiring Gaming Support Techs who repair and maintain arcade games, simulators, and technical equipment while delivering outstanding guest service. You will troubleshoot issues, communicate with Guests and Team Members, and help keep our Midway area clean and safe.

Flexible work days and weekends are required, with friendly coworkers and opportunities to learn hands-on repair skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairing amusement equipment or tech devices is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work nights/weekends.
• Wriendly, patient demeanor and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games and simulators in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by answering questions and providing help as needed.
• Load and refill tickets and manage merchandise storage.
• Keep Midway area clean, organized, and safe for customers.
• Report issues to management and follow safety guidelines.
