Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Gaming Support Tech to repair and maintain our midway games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests and keeping the gameplay area in top condition.

The role requires friendly, energetic interaction with guests, willingness to work days, nights and weekends, and solid communication with coworkers; technical and/or electrical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and tech equipment.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and maintain game areas.
