Job summary

Discord is seeking an Account Manager to own advertiser relationships post-sale across cross-platform and mobile gaming. You will combine data-driven insights, platform expertise, and proactive communication to drive performance, grow investment, and convert first-time advertisers into long-term partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising in an account management, client success, or campaign management role.
• Strong analytical skills; you can calculate CPI, ROAS, CPM, and pacing variance.
• Demonstrated track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them.
• Experience with performance advertising, mobile gaming, or app install campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), ad platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with console/XP gaming platforms and cross-platform launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of advertisers across cross-platform and mobile gaming, managing relationships end-to-end from kickoff through renewal.
• Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights, identify optimization opportunities, and build wrap reports that connect results to client goals.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive mid-flight and post-campaign upsell motions, setting up your AE to close the next investment.
• Co-lead client-facing touchpoints, including kickoffs, check-ins, and business reviews with data-driven presentations.
• Manage the full campaign execution lifecycle: media plan builds in Ads Manager, asset submission, QA, pacing, and escalation.
• Coordinate mobile and XP measurement setup with MMPs and attribution partners and serve as the technical contact for attribution.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records - line items, media plans, call notes, and pipeline updates - in partnership with your AE.
