Job summary

PETROL ADVERTISING INC is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to lead social and community campaigns across multiple big-brand clients. This hybrid role requires deep knowledge of Discord and cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Account teams.

You will craft data-driven social strategies, manage a small team, and translate insights into compelling client decks. Prior agency or gaming/tech experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years agency/brand experience in social marketing.
• Experience with gaming, entertainment or tech campaigns preferred.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Discord server management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop social and community marketing strategies for clients.
• Create Discord and platform engagement strategies to grow communities.
• Translate strategy into digestible client presentation decks.
• Manage day-to-day client-facing activities and pitches.
• Conceptualize social content series and platform-native tactics.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Social and Creative teams on tactics.
• Identify trends via research and social listening tools.
• Define KPIs and reporting linking goals to social ROI.
• Execute approved strategies across the social team.
