Job summary

Washington Commanders is seeking responsible individuals to join our Incident Tracking Analyst Team on a Part Time, Seasonal basis. You will document incidents and provide excellent customer service and security throughout the stadium during Game Day and Special Events.

The role reports to the Manager, Stadium Security and Systems and requires dedication to safety, clear writing, and teamwork in a high-energy environment with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills and ability to document incidents clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible, part-time seasonal schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with incident reporting and security protocols is a plus.
• Comfort with using monitoring software and mobile devices for real-time updates.

Responsibilities

• Work ALL Commanders Home Games and Major Ticketed special Events.
• Document incidents from Event Staff positions using 24/7 Software on an iPad.
• Compose comprehensive incident reports in real time for leadership.
• Provide immediate guest assistance and emergency notification as needed.
• Monitor stadium concourse areas for safety issues and policy violations.
• Communicate with guests, staff, and upper management during events.
• Support evacuation and emergency procedures with calm professionalism.
• Acknowledge confidential information encountered on the job.
