Job summary

The Washington Commanders are seeking Seasonal Set Up Crew Members at Northwest Stadium for a part-time, event-based role responsible for set up, execution, conversion, and breakdown for events including home games, concerts, and meetings.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, able to lift up to 80 lbs, flexible to work nights and weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Training provided by the Operations Department for a successful 2026 season.

Qualifications

• Age 18 and over with a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Ability to anticipate, plan, recommend, implement, and follow through with tasks required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs, 50lbs, and 80lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Work within established operating procedures for facility maintenance and event conversions, to meet the specific needs of the facility and event.
• Assist with event preparation duties including (but not limited to) setting up tables, chairs, tents, pipe-and-drape, stages, stanchions, signage, and bike rack.
• Set building configuration as per the standard operating procedure for each individual event.
• Conduct a physical inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure correct setup and patron safety
• Organize and maintain order in storage areas.
• Respond to requests from management, vendors, event organizers/planners and team members in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

These events include internal meetings, externally sold events, Commanders home games, concerts, and more. An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive and professional attitude, a knack for diligence and organization, and a willingness to learn. Looking to add individuals who are able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting to assist the Operations Department in executing a successful 2026 football and events season!

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $15.30
