Job summary

First & Goal Inc. is seeking a Field Crew member for part-time work in Seattle, WA. You will support field operations under the Field Lead, painting the field and maintaining equipment between events.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with field maintenance and safety protocols is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and ability to take direction.
• Must be able to learn and adjust to new procedures.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Requires CPR and first aid certification.
• Must be trained and certified to operate a forklift.
• Able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Field department activities for each shift with direction from the Field Lead.
• Paint the field using brushes, rollers, power painting machines and other methods.
• Remove field paint using approved chemicals and methods.
• Understand and apply field maintenance techniques.
• Install and remove field protection equipment and logos/equipment.
• Implement all Gameday field sets and strikes as directed by Field Lead and Supervisor.
• Operate a variety of equipment and tools (hand/power tools, paint machines, forklifts, tractors, etc.).
• Assist in landscape and hardscape maintenance projects.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
• Handle other duties as required.
