Job summary

The Washington Commanders are seeking responsible individuals to join our Gameday Event Staff on a Part Time, Seasonal basis. You will deliver exceptional guest services and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience at Northwest Stadium during football games and events.

Positions include Activations, Guest Services Booths, Ushering, and Concierge duties, with training provided. Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work all Football Home Games, Concerts, Soccer and potential playoff games.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist fans at guest services booths with inquiries and directions
• Support stadium operations and security during events
• Escort VIPs and assist with ADA guests as needed
• Communicate clearly via radio to coordinate team actions
• Help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all fans
• Collaborate with team members to fill roles across gameday operations
