Job summary

AGS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to support game deployment and operational workflows across multiple environments. You will configure deployments, manage environment parameters, and work with DevOps and engineering to ensure timely releases.

The role also covers Level 1 support for customers and partners, incident triage, and basic data reporting. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of configuration-based systems.
• Experience in iGaming technical support.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to read queries.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy games across multiple environments and manage setup parameters in back-office systems.
• Deploy new game and engine client versions and test prior to deployment.
• Coordinate release schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as primary Level 1 support for customer and partner inquiries via chat, ticketing and email.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support and assist with analytics and reporting on deployment trends.
