Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding fan experiences on game days and in-store shifts. You will greet fans, answer questions, and guide purchases while upholding Fanatics standards and brand integrity.

Responsibilities include processing sales with the Fanatics POS, maintaining store appearance, and collaborating with teams to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top‑notch shopping experience
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team
