• Supports in game-day operations including ticketing, crowd control, and customer service.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleanliness tasks of athletic facilities.
• Assists with transportation, setup, and maintenance of equipment for practices and games.
• Collaborates with coaching staff to address team needs.
• Prepared to respond to emergency situations, including first aid as required.
• Interacts with fans and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintains communication with Athletics Department staff and event coordinators.
• Adheres to university, NCAA, and conference policies.
