The University of South Florida is seeking an Athletics Temporary Game Day staff member to assist in in-game operations at home events. You will support event management and communications teams, performing duties at the table and helping with scorekeeping, statistics, and crowd communications.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and assist officials and staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; one year experience in athletics.

Responsabilités

• Managing game day functions such as scorekeeping, game statistics, shot clock, video board, and running game sheets to staff and officials.
• DVSport tech setup, use, tear down, monitoring official replays, attend officials meetings and train sideline techs.
• Scoreboard operation: inspect equipment and participants, record indicators on scoreboard and communicate times.
• PA announcements: announce players, coaches, officials, and programs; communicate during crowds and emergencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a high-energy environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
